Frejz services are delivered by principal and founder Finlay Kerr and a small team of associates. Starting his first business in 1996 – The Winter Adventure Company, Finlay developed this into a niche winter sports operator offering weekend and short-breaks. He has taught, coached and advised businesses across multiple sectors Through Frejz he is now sharing what he believes makes the difference between good and great organisations.
Naturally a chameleon Finlay has been seen in varying guises over the years he has been seen working in a red suit with flared bottoms, shorts and sandals and grey suits, at Frejz he mostly wears flowery shirts 😉
